…would be from the “ride” called Panoraama in Linnanmäki amusement park. And yes, it is free this this year, as are a few other rides especially for the little people (there are height restrictions). Not many but quite enough for a fun but free afternoon for our toddlers.
The other best and free panoramic view of the city is, in my opinion, from the female toilet of the restaurant Torni. It is free to get up there (the drinks on the roof top are certainly not free). In no other place have I enjoyed my wee as much.
