International Book Giving Day

..is on Feb 14th, Valentine’s Day!

Have you heard about it? No? Well, you can read more about it and ways to participate here. If you are interested in adding a bilingual twist on your participation, be sure to check Annika’s blog.

I am not quite sure how I’ll participate yet, but as a huge book lover, I am in!

  2. Thanks for posting this freebutfun. We’re going to try and participate and great to find another nice blog to follow. 🙂

  3. Brilliant idea, sadly all our books are back in storage in Australia…however there is a little book swap nook in our main street which is brilliant for both Italian and English readers

    1. No need to have great books gathering dust in a corner if there is somebody who might want to read them!

When I was employed at a university we used to have big book swapping days among the staff, and then we brought the rest of the books for the students to take home. A good way to get more space for new books in the shelves, and to get them in the same process!
