It may be too early for Christmas but as we send parcels across the world, we need to think about Christmas early. I rather like it, no last minute panic. But these stars came about pretty much by accident, so I’ll offer them as an subtle introduction to the season to come:
My daughter asked if we could do something together, just the two of us. I asked her what she’d like to do, and she asked if we could go to a crafts shop together (awww…!!!). I took her to my favourite one in Helsinki, the Hobby Point close to Kamppi. We spent a good hour looking at the supplies and thinking about what we could do, those places are great for inspiration. We both wanted to try to make these stars, four star frames cost 4,50e, and we have plenty of beads to use up. You’ll also need plyers to turn the ends. Won’t they make pretty ornaments for the Christmas tree?
They are wonderful! It is very nice You and Your daughter are beader as my wife. 🙂
Thank you
Oh my goodness, I am saving this to my Pinterest. This is absolutely perfect for me and z. Especially since Christmas ornaments and decorations are hard to find or VERY expensive here. Homemade is the best! Thanks for the great idea Vilma!
Have fun doing them!
Yes they will! I hope Lana will be up for doing crafty things with me when she grows up too 😊
