A family project, quite a meditative and addictive one too.
My cousin has a Christmas tradition were they always buy a new big puzzle for the Christmas holidays to be built together. Now I get why!
It may be difficult but it is for the whole family: our 4-5 yo kids have eg looked for pieces a certain colour or joined them when we’ve given a few similar ones to them. But this is also a good way to keep Mum and Dad from going to bed on time…
It is a good family bonding activity! I have only tried it by myself at age 15 for 1000 pieces. I can do this with the 2 elder kids but I need to think of how to keep the toddler from messing up.
Yes, your younger one must be tricky in these situations still! When only the grass was left our kids got fed up too. But still about 15 pieces missing…
My mom loves puzzles, and has done them with all of the grand kids since they were little!
What a cool granny!
That is an interesting tradition and so good for the kids!
Good for adults too 😉
That would take me til next Xmas to put together 🙂
I hope we’ll make it a bit earlier
Best of luck 😉
