Kids Making Crafts

I believe it’s worth having crafts supplies out for kids to take when the creativity hits; the other day I refilled their crafts drawer and while I was busy, my 5 yo son made among others a cool rocket and my 6 yo daughter made a pretty angel card.

I don’t have heaps of materials for them to take, just a few various colours and materials, a glue stick, scissors and sticky tape. It seems to me, when there is too much, they don’t know where to start.

I love to see their own creativity!

  3. Your girl has a flair for creativity! Lovely Angel and I love the rocket too! Where do you keep their art work? I have problems keeping so many of them. Sometimes I took photo of them before throwing away. We ran out of space to keep each and every of them.

    1. I take pics too, can’t save them all. But we have loads on show for a while and then they mysteriously disappear… I do have a folder where I save some of the pics too. And of course we brings loads as gifts or send as cards as well.

      1. Sending as cards is a good idea!
