Had an awesome day at work: first barbecue and picnic at Vanhankaupunginkoski. We’ve been there before, but before this I didn’t know you can book the fire place, and the city will light and tend the fire for you too for free. A pretty awesome service!
After the meal we had a lovely boardwalk to Lammassaari, “the Sheep Island”. No cows nor sheep yet but they should be there soon. Apparently it is a great place for bird watching too.
Pretty awesome to have such a place so close to the city centre (and to have a job were you need to do this kind of stuff every now and then)!
