Easter Bunnies from old Baby Socks

When decorating for the Easter, I found these Easter bunnies that we made last year out of left over baby socks with my daughter. I modified the idea from the pigs and cats we’d made earlier, and stuck a skewer in them to make them stand in the grass.

  1. […] do like our Easter tradition though where kids dress up as witches, decorate lovely willow branches and go around the neighbourhood wishing well and receive chocolate in return. The upside is: one […]

  4. Hehe, very cool.

Ooh! I have a sock idea, but you ideally need a certain type of sock (more like a stocking – no heel). I’ll have to try to get time to make a post.

    1. Cool, I look forward to seeing your idea!

  5. Well that’s just adorable! Love how you took a craft you knew worked out and modified it for Easter, that’s the smart way to do it!

    1. Feeling very smart πŸ˜‰ (maybe just lazy…)

  6. How fun πŸ˜‰

    1. A good way to recycle!

  8. You cannot tell me your not crafty!! They look awesome…I also look at other people websites for ideas but my execution is rubbish, yours is not! Adorable

    1. I like doing stuff, but I also to think it is more important to have fun doing it rather than to check all the details of the finished product (I am pretty good at cutting corners and taking pictures so those details don’t show…) ;).

But thank you, these ones I really like as a part of other Easter decorations! And it is cool to see how excited kids are by the things they’ve done.
